I am honored to serve as the HR Director at Westwood Labs. What makes this place meaningful to me is the people behind our products. Every formula and every production run represents someone’s hard work, pride, and commitment to doing things the right way. My role is to support that by building structure, strengthening our culture, and creating an environment where people feel respected, seen, and able to grow. I care deeply about accountability, honesty, and treating our employees like the heart of the company they truly are. Watching our teams come together, overcome challenges, and push for better every single day is what makes this work special to me.

One of my favorite reminders is, “People don’t build companies. People build each other, and together they build the company.” That is exactly what I get to witness here every day. Being part of that growth, supporting our teams, shaping our culture, and helping the company move forward is something I am genuinely proud of.
